This block was first occupied in 1971; one of the original tenants is still in the same flat 37 years on!  There are two other original tenants of this block who are still BHA tenants. The block has 4 one bed flats (one with a balcony) 2 three bed maisonettes, 2 three bed maisonettes and one five bed maisonette (with three balconies). All tenants have shared use of the communal courtyard at the rear. 

The scheme was originally funded by the Greater London Council (GLC) and in 1973 was awarded a Civic Trust award for “making an outstanding contribution to the appearance of the local scene”.
