This is a four storey single fronted Georgian terraced house converted into a two bed maisonette from the basement and ground floor and into a three bed maisonette from the first and second floors. Both tenants have shared use of the communal garden at the rear.  The scheme was originally funded by the Greater London Council (GLC).
