Mark Farndale and Luis Jarero from the maintenance department at BHA will be managing this project and they say that it is based on a first come, first served waiting list and those in need of a new kitchen/bathroom will be placed in priority. Please remember that those who do not need a new kitchen or bathroom, will not be elgible for a refurbishment.
