BHA wants to let you know about some imporant changes in the way housing associations are expected to plan and deliver services to residents. We want to tell you what BHA is doing to meet these new standards.

We believe in consulting with tenants and residents to encourage a close relationship with them, so that people know that they can contact us on issues affecting their homes and lives on the estate.

We are trying to move away from relying just on rigid formal structures and introduce a range of channels which include new and more flexible ways in which tenants can tell us their views and help us deal with issues that are important to them.

Some of the options available to tenants is the BHA Tenants Association, community groups such as a Young Person's group or a Housing Policy and Procedure group.
