It's that time of the year again when the office will be closing for Christmas. But first of all we want to let you know some of what BHA has achieved this year and what is planned for the near future. 

Next year we will be updating our website to make it more user friendly for our tenants as we would like it to be used for many more things in the future. We will also be carrying out another tenant survey. We would like to give you the opportunity of setting some of the questions. If you have a suggestion for a question, please submit them via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or through our letterbox by 4th January before the survey is handed out in January. If we use your question, we will give you a small prize! We look forward to seeing your suggestions.
