This scheme was originally funded by Islington Council on the site of an old foundry.  The scheme comprises 1 – studio flat, 6 – 1 bed flats, 1 – 2 bed flat, 2 - 3 bed maisonettes and 2 – 4 bed maisonettes.  It also includes number 43 Barnsbury Street which is a 4 – bed house (see Barnsbury Street – overleaf).  This scheme was first tenanted in 1974.
